The high-pressure aluminum injection die casting method is one of the most modern production methods where quality, speed, and dimensional precision come together in serial production. As Bozbay Döküm, we provide high-standard solutions to the needs of different sectors using this advanced technology method.

Our production infrastructure consists of 5 cold chamber injection machines with capacities ranging from 180-600 tons, and 80-ton and 130-ton Freich brand hot chamber zamak injection die casting machines.

In the high-pressure casting process, thermal and dynamic parameters are meticulously analyzed to ensure each part's compliance with quality standards. Molten aluminum alloy is injected into metal molds under very high pressure and at high speed.

This method is a technology preferred especially in the automotive, white goods, and industrial machinery sectors, enabling the production of parts with complex geometry and thin walls.
