Our production infrastructure consists of five cold-chamber injection machines with 180?600 ton capacity, and 80-ton and 130-ton Freich hot-chamber zinc injection die casting machines. In the high-pressure casting process, thermal and dynamic parameters are analyzed meticulously to ensure each part meets quality standards. Molten aluminum alloy is injected into metal molds at very high pressure and speed. By maintaining pressure until solidification is complete, parts with a dense internal structure, high strength, and excellent surface finish are obtained.

Secondary operations such as sandblasting, drilling, deburring, and tapping make parts ready for use immediately after production. Our computer-controlled CNC machines can move independently with high precision on the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling machining of complex geometries with micron-level tolerances. Thus, error margin is minimized and each part is produced exactly in line with the design data.
